Who I am
I am an integrative, curious, ever evolving person and therapist. I feel as though being a therapist is a gift, to share and be in the room with clients that are brave enough to begin or continue on their journey of self-understanding. Rooted in psychodynamic and attachment theory, I use many modalities to suite the needs of the clients in front of me.
I believe we are all comprised of so many parts - some wounded, some empowered - and through our work together you can understand what makes you, you. In gaining this understanding, you will be able to comfort yourself and relate to others in ways that allow you to understand true authenticity. The relationship formed in the therapy space will be a touchpoint for authentic and vulnerable connection, one that can be carried out of the room and into your daily life.
After graduating from the University of Maryland and exploring careers in early childhood education and event production, I landed at Antioch University, Los Angeles. It was there I was able to pursue my true passion of connecting with others and being a part of their light shining through. I practice LGBTQIA+ affirmative, anti-racist, whole person care, and am honored to be a part of your exploration.
